2. Elect chair of the meeting and minute taker

3. Process annual report / accounts
   • No written report was presented.
   • Dios and Gaeius summarized the board's activities, referring to board meeting minutes (public).
     • Gaeius put in a great deal of work registering the organization with the Norwegian Business Registry.
     • Gaeius registered a free-of-charge organizational bank account.
     • Gaeius registered the organization with Patreon. Currently only one patron: Gaeius.
     • Dios transferred ownership of VikingMUD Internet domain names to the organization, and remains domain administrator.
     • The organization currently has no expenses or assets except for the Internet domain names and Gaeius's symbolic Patreon contribution.
     • The meeting briefly discussed the formalities of how to transfer domain administration and ensure continuity.
4. Process received proposals
   • No proposals were received.
5. Determine membership dues
   • No changes proposed. The meeting agreed to keep the dues at zero.
6. Elect the board
   • Moreldir (Geir Pettersen Grønningsæter) volunteered and was unanimously elected as a board member.
