Hi,

This is the call for the annual meeting in the VikingMUD organization,
which must be held no later than May each year.

The annual meeting of 2022 shall be held as an online conference on 26
May 2022 at 20:00 UTC (22:00 CEST).

The full agenda, including any received proposals and details on how
to attend the meeting, shall be published no later than 19 May 2022 at
19:59 UTC (21:59 CEST).

The preliminary agenda is:

  1. Register members and votes present
  2. Elect chair of the meeting and minute taker
  3. Process annual report / accounts
  4. Process received proposals
  5. Determine membership dues
  6. Elect the board

As per the bylaws, anyone with a wizard (or higher) who has paid the
membership (currently free-of-charge), have the right to attend, to
vote, and are eligible for election. Administrators have two votes
each, all other members a single vote each.

The current board members, elected for two years as of 2021, are:

Dios (chair)
Drake
Gaeius (treasurer)
Kralk

As all current board members are sitting until May 2023, this will be
a supplementary election.

For inclusion in the final agenda, please submit candidacies and any
proposals to Dios via mudmail no later than 18 May 2022 18:00 UTC
(20:00 CEST).

For board member candidacies there is no strict time limit as such.
